The interior features two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, one bathroom on the ground floor, and a WC inside the top floor second bedroom for your convenience.
The living room on the second floor can also be quickly transformed into an extra sleeping area if needed, thanks to its couch that can be swiftly turned into a double bed.
The real surprise at Sea Frame, however, is what awaits you beyond its blue gate door: an 80 square meter terrace with sweeping views of the sea and breathtaking sunsets each night. Spend your days enjoying the Mediterranean greenery while sitting at a dining table or lounging in an outdoor living room – perfect for breezy afternoons spent sipping cocktails or reading books. After some time swimming, take advantage of the hot running water available onsite for a quick shower before heading off to explore what else Skiathos has to offer.

Location was perfect, peaceful with wonderful views and a short walk into the main part of town. Sea Frame was comfortable and the terrace was spacious with different areas to relax, as well as an outdoor shower with an amazing view! Panos was a great host checking in on us by email to ensure we had all we needed, and arranging airport transfers.
Our family of five stayed here for a week and had a wonderful stay. The location is fantastic and the views from the balcony are jaw dropping! With access down some steps to a very secluded little beach, Sea Frame really added everything we hoped it would. The aircon was very quiet; mosquito nets over all the windows; a terrace fan which included a mister; shops nearby … perfect!

The very private and secure spacious terrace with fabulous, uninterupted views across the water. Peaceful and relaxing yet only minutes into the port area with its vibrant restaurants and shopping areas. There were steps down from the terrace (via locked gate) directly to the water. A/C was very welcome, as was the terrace fan. This is someones much loved home and Panos was a warm and welcoming host.
The location of the accommodation was fantastic, very central but an absolutely quiet area. The house is exactly as shown, the terrace and the view just fantastic. We didn’t cook in the kitchen but it was really well equipped. Coffee machine, espresso machine, kettle, microwave, just everything there. There is a private beach accessible via a staircase. Lovely to go swimming in your own bay every morning. Excellent bakery a few steps away. Supermarket also nearby.
…perfectly situated, a few minutes walk into Skiathos town and with its own little beach. And the most incredible, huge patio – with seriously stunning views! Panos was an excellent host, and available to help with any requests. We loved every minute at Sea Frame – and hope to be back very soon!
